After more than 15 years behind the chair, we know the best result starts before the service does. We listen to what you want, assess what you naturally have and customize from there. Sometimes that means recommending a different curl, length, shield, shape or service than you expected. Sometimes it means telling you that less is more.

Meet Michelle Bong, founder of Lash Artisan Studio.
Lash Artisan Studio began in 2011 with Michelle building a clientele from the basement of a salon in Liberty Village, Toronto, one appointment at a time.
That behind the chair experience grew into Lash Artisan Studio, professional beauty education and Lash Artisan products, followed by consumer brand Elevate Brows. Michelle's entrepreneurial journey also brought her and the business to CBC's Dragons' Den.
Fifteen years later, the foundation has not changed. Everything we have built started behind the chair, and the client experience still comes first.
