Michelle founded Lash Artisan Studio in 2011 after beginning behind the chair in the basement of a Liberty Village salon. More than 15 years of working directly with clients shaped her approach to beauty: listen first, understand the why behind the service and never treat results as one size fits all.
Her work expanded beyond the studio into Lash Artisan professional products and education, Elevate Brows and an entrepreneurial journey that included CBC's Dragons' Den. Through every stage of the business, Michelle has remained focused on client experience, technical knowledge and helping people feel confident in the services they choose.
