Built Behind the Chair Since 2011
Lash Artisan Studio began with founder Michelle Bong building a clientele from the basement of a salon in Liberty Village. Over the years, that behind the chair experience grew into Lash Artisan Studio, professional beauty education and Lash Artisan products, followed by consumer brand Elevate Brows and an entrepreneurial journey that included an appearance on CBC's Dragons' Den.
That matters here because the studio was not built from theory. It was built through appointments, client relationships, retention, education, product knowledge and learning what it actually takes to grow a career in beauty.

Who We Would Love to Meet
We are open to connecting with established artists as well as talented professionals who are still building their clientele. Opportunities may include lash artists, lash lift artists, brow artists, brow threading specialists and nail artists experienced in detailed dry manicure, Russian manicure and gel services.
You do not need to pretend you know everything. We care about your standards, willingness to learn, professionalism and the experience you create for clients.
